Ingredients (Including frozen meat in packaging)：
- Dry ingredients: Angelica Roots(当归), Red Dates(红枣), Astragalus root(黄芪), Codonopsis Roots(党参), GOJI Berry(枸杞), dry Longan(元肉)
- Meat: Silkie Chicken(乌鸡)
- Wash all dry materials.
- After cleaning the Silkie Chicken, put it in cold water and boil for 3 minutes, then pick it up.
- Put the dry ingredients and Silkie Chicken into the pot, add 2500ML of water, boil on high heat, and turn to low heat for 1.5-2 hours.
- Add salt and goji berries to the soup 5 minutes before turning off the heat.
